4. Installation Services

Where an installation service is purchased, please note the following:

Installation is carried out by independent, approved third-party contractors and not by LockWise Solutions directly.
All arrangements regarding scheduling, access, and completion of the installation are made directly between you and the appointed installer.
The installer is solely responsible for the quality and safety of the installation work. Any workmanship warranty is provided by the installer, not by LockWise Solutions.
LockWise Solutions accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or defect arising from the installation work carried out by third-party contractors.
You should satisfy yourself that the installer holds appropriate public liability insurance before work commences.
Any disputes regarding installation quality or workmanship must be raised directly with the installer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockWise Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it before purchasing. Installation service fees are non-refundable once an installer has been appointed, except where required by law.
